Right Way To Control My Emotion

I would like to share to you my article and I hope you'll like this piece of my story.

I had an officemate who was scolded by the owner of the company on a small error in his work. He was angry to our Boss, without thinking, he resigned. After a day he called me, he said he regret what he had done. I told him, he should not decide when his emotion was at its peak or low because he’ll end up making a wrong judgment.

When I was a young manager, I barely hold my emotion. I react to every situation aggressively. I thought my reasons were right. I don’t consider the feelings and emotions of other. However, one day I attended a workshop regarding Emotional Intelligence or Emotional Quotient that change my perception about my feelings and other people’s emotions.

Emotional Intelligence – is the ability to effectively understand and manage your own and other people’s emotions positively and constructively.

We were taught on how we will control our emotions to bring positive impact to people that they will surely like us rather than hate us. They showed us that major or leading industries attributes 85% - 90% of career and leadership success on high EQ. Sales and customer service personnel with high EQ were found to generate twice revenue of people with average EQ.

Personal Emotional Quotient

• We need to recognize and understand our own emotional state.
• We have to manage our emotions to achieve positive and productive outcome.

When you were born, God whisper something to you but by the passing of time you forgot it. He said “You are the greatest miracle in the world”. Can’t you remember? Have you forgotten?

Men were called CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS. Out of 400 million sperm cells of your father it was only you who were able to penetrate the egg of your mother. You were the one who passed the challenge of racing towards the finish line. You made it. You won the race. You were a champion. Out of those million sperms, God could had been created 400 million more like you but it was only you who came to Earth. You are very special. God gave you life meaning He loved you! Why do you have to envy others? Is there a reason?

From the start of creation, billions of people populate this world, was there anyone the same as you. Even the prints in our fingers differ. No one walked on Earth exactly like you. YOU ARE UNIQUE. YOU ARE RARE. They won’t see a person as special as You. It was only you who thinks you are inferior to others but you are actually not. You are God’s most precious creation. You are God’s greatest miracle.

Now that you already know, get out in this world proclaiming that you are a rarity, unique and different. Don’t be ashame of your weaknesses because everyone have their own. Turn your weaknesses into your stregth. Turn your inferiority to oozing confidence. Live a life that you deserve. Don’t dwell on your mistakes but show people that you are indeed special. There is no one like you.

NBA FINALS: Golden State Warrior Defeated Cleaveland Cavaliers.

This is my analysis of the 1st Game of the best of 7 NBA Finals. I am no expert with basketball I just want to share my thoughts about the recently concluded game.

The game was very close from the start until the end of regulation. The game was blown-out only in over-time period. The Cleaveland Cavaliers could have won the ballgame if George Hill was able to sink the second free throw awarded to him from a foul by Clay Thompson with 4.7 minutes remaining on the clock. Unfortunately, he missed the free throw but luckily JR Smith took the rebound but he chose to bring the ball outside, maybe he’s thinking they were still have the advantage, Lebron James was screaming to give him the ball or JR to take the shot. JR smith passed to Kyle Korver for the unbalanced shot that went off. The game went to overtime.

The overtime was the chance for the Golden State Warrior to bounce back and they capitalize the chance because they know the Cavs were out-of-focus because of what had happen. They lead as much 10 points and that sealed the game for the defending Champions Warriors. A commotion happened between Tristan Thompson and Draymon Green before the match end. Thompson was called for deliberate foul on a foul elbowing Liviingston. Draymon was celebrating early and involved the audience in cheering.

The win was a good win but not a convincing win. There were wrong calls and no calls from the referee. The biggest mistake was the foul committed either by James or Durant. The referee called it an offensive foul gainst Durant with 32 seconds remaining in regulation with the Cavs leading by two points. They review the footage and reverse the call, calling it as blocking foul against Lebron. The instance was hard to call but why the referee have to reverse the 1st call. They could have maintained it. That was the break of the game.

The win was not clear if the GSW had dominance over the Cavs in this particular game and the Cavaliers can and possibly steal the 2nd game. Lebron James scored 50 points his 110th times to score more than 40 points in the finals. He was the 6th player in the NBA to score 50 points in the finals. He has nothing to prove. He already sealed his legacy as one of the greatest player of all time and the greatest of this generation, when he brought the Cavaliers to another finals appearance 4th since he rejoined this team. He always play the best he can. He never cheated on us. While Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry have to share the limelight of being the star players of their team. Maybe Steve Kerr don’t think GSW wouldt win championship without Kevin Durant that’s why they took him, not having confidence that Curry can bring them the championship cup.

Even the Cavaliers made several player trades before the end of the season, the basketball fans all over the world don’t count them to be in this finals. Three players in their current rotations were a product of the last trade and played with them only in the last phase of the regular season. They were almost eliminated by Indiana Pacers in the first round. The series went full 7 games. The conference finals against the Boston Celtics went the distance. I thought really the Boston Celtics will be on the NBA finals.

Even Lebron James was many times told reporters and media that he’s tired, when he’s inside the court he give all his best. Even many say both James Harden and Lebron James were two of the best ball hugs players in the NBA, Lebron always took responsibility of the result of every game.

If the whole series will be played the same way it was played earlier, the series will be very exciting because the game will be decided on the last minute. This will be a very good match-up even I would say player wise GSW has the advantage but may be it will differ in the heart. Who is hungrier and determine will be crowned the world champion.

Walk An Extra Mile

The secret of successful people is doing work or task beyond what is expected of them. Pushing themselves beyond the limits and boundaries. They walk an extra mile. They want to achieve more in the future so they perform well today.

However, there are people who feels doing more is unfair. When doing more they felt they are cheated. Don’t do what the mediocre do, they only perform base on what they are paid for. They find success unwilling to cooperate.

In life, people who wake up early and sleep late doing the best they can to accomplish things are promoted or rewarded. They are the envy of others, they call them leach, but seldom they realize these people go up in the ladder of success because of their untiring dedication to their works. They turn their career into passion.

They knew from childhood that the only way to reach their dreams are through hardwork. Exerting their effort is not a waste of time but the means to achieve their goals.

You would think why there are people who has a terror boss continue to work for them because they know this secret. They never rely on what their employer can give, but what God can give for them. They work for God not with anybody else. Obedience to your superior or employer is obedience to the Lord.

Jeremiah 17:7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.

If you want to become successful in every thing you do, you must be willing to take an extra road to walk, another mile or two. Don’t look at the hurdles, you’ll be able to overcome it as you go along with it. Look at your goals and not the struggles lies within it. Reach your own dreams not anyone else. Go for it you can always do it.

People Who Think They Are Better Than Others.

There are people blinded by success and wealth can sometimes chose to think other people are inferior compared to them without considering things that made them successful and rich. When a person is drown with plenty of things he acquired especially knowledge and most commonly wealth, he forgot he’s human capable of mistakes and imperfections. He begin thinking he is far better than other people. He will start to walk with a mindset that he is incomparable. Unconsciously, he starts to think others as losers, ugly, funny, slaves and poor. However, there are individuals who parades many accomplishment and gain wealth but still keep things in secret and live a humble life.

There are several reasons why there are poeple who strives to portray the best side of them and yet make other people look unwanted.

A person who always say he’s the best is not a motivation but fear of losing to others. He can’t imagine losing to a person especially if he hates that person. He’ll acquire much motivation to hide his fear. He may belittle the other guy to hide his fear and to look good to others. He never realize he begins to bully others.

When a person had a history of frequent rejections. The mechanism of self-promotion will lead to being inconsiderate to the feelings of others. He will produce a guts bigger than the world to say he is better compared to others.

When a person gained so much in his life like education, business and celebrity status, he won’t try to level himself to anybody. He’ll tell himself, I worked hard to gain this, work your way here. He thinks his talents and capabilities surpass others.

When success of a person is too fast sometimes he fails to keep track of time and forgot that he was able to accomplish it because of the help of others. He’ll begin to think he is the best and there is no room for defeat. The delusion that he never needs the help of others starts.

Unfortunately, these people are the failures of this society. They walk in a path where doom is so evident. They are called cruel people. Unmindful of what they are doing because they are focused in creating more wealth. Its not bad to get wealthy but you have look down on people and show gratitude. The bad part of it is when they start to insult others because they are wealthy and famous.

With all of these, men never realize that all material wealth, beauty, success, talent, fortune and prestige are created by the demons to lure people to do evil deeds. They never realize that they fall into a trap of gaining too much in the expense of other. They never care what other might feel, what they think most is to protect themselves.

People who belittle others are fools who lacks true knowledge that came from God. They should be the one pitied for they show no compassion to others. Most commonly they are unwanted and famous for having bad attitude.

Learn the words in the Bible and you’ll know that every individual are important in the sight of God. Never put down anybody because he’s a creation from God.

Happy To See The "WALK OF FAITH".

Going to a place you are excited to see not because of enjoyment but to see a rare edifice dedicated to commemorate the Heroes of Faith and a landmark that will be used in the millennium reign of Christ.

A Dancing Fountain, that plays Song of Praise to God with the names of Heroes of Faith around it and the books of the Bible, is a first of its kind, unlike other fountains that were made for entertainment .

Upon seeing this, I felt the hands of God working to make believers strengthen their faith and unbelievers start to trust in God. There will be more landscapes and landmarks that will erect in this place in the coming months to be used to praise and thank our Creator.

It was such a great experience for my family to see the beautiful fountain located in Apalit, Pampanga. We will treasure the moment that we were present in this place and looking forward to come back soon.

Aside from that we attended our weekly thanksgiving to offer our sincere thanksgiving to God and celebrate my wife's 7th year in the true Church. Happy 7th Sabbath Day to Sis Neilla!

The happiness in our heart overflows and we are thankful to God that we see this day to worship and offer thanksgiving to Him. We are blessed to witness more people renew their faith and go back to the way of God. We welcome them with open arms and we will guide them to strengthen their faith.

Happy Camella Day Site Tour

This is the first time I joined a real estate company and it’s a privilege to join the number one. Carrying a very high spirit hoping to have sales soon, I finished the company training last month and today the site tour or viewing to complete the requirements.

We visited different projects around the province of Cavite. We left the Camella office in Alabang at around 9:45 AM riding Toyata Grandia Van. Our first stop was The Island Park in Dasmariñas, Cavite. We looked at different model houses from the cheapest to the most expensive one. We were amazed with the good interior design of each house. I took some selfie picture that I will use in my newly constructed website.

I met my fellow authorised reseller and I chat with them as we travel going to every site that was scheduled for the day. Ms. April explained each model houses to us so that we’ll be able to gain knowledge that will help us with our new chosen career.

Our second destination was Altas Silang in Silang Cavite. The project was located just 10 kilometers away from Tagaytay. We look at the community there and the next project there which is Terraza.

After we left Altas Silang, we ate our lunch. We chat to know each other more. We took some picture to document our acquaintance.

We spend the rest of the afternoon going around each projects in Trece Marterez, Tanza and Imus.

It was a tiring day with the heat of the sun drying our skin and throat. We need to buy bottled water several time to quench our thirst.

We head towards our last destination, back to our office. And thank God for the day that He protected us.

My Puerto Galera Experience

Year 2012 to 2013 when I was still with my former company Rhine Marketing Corporation, I was able to go back and forth to Calapan and Puerto Galera.

I used to visit our appliance branch in Calapan from our Batangas branch on a Thursday. I will stay in Calapan until Saturday afternoon to do my tasks. After office work, I will proceed to Puerto Galera to have some relaxation after a week of tiring work.

The travel from Calapan to Puerto Galera took us 2 - 3 hours, and on the way we were able to pass through a beautiful scenery “Tamaraw Falls”. People who passedby stop and took pictures the falls as the background. If there were still plenty of time, we used to take a bath in the falls to relieve us from the heat and to make ourselves felt relaxed during the travel.

After we stayed there, we traveled again to mountainous terrain going to Puerto Galera. I noticed the sea from atop the hill and it was so great. The view was fascinating.

We checked in to a hotel referred to us by a friend and we were accommodated by the caretakers. We walked along the beach for relaxation and ate our dinner.

In the morning of Sunday, we enjoyed swimming and playing in the sand in the beach front. We took pictures for our souvenirs and enjoyed the rest of the stay in the beach.

At 12:00 PM Sunday, we rode a motor boat to return to Batangas City and went home in the afternoon.

Puerto Galera Beach is one of the best beaches in the Philippines that accommodate thousands of visitors during summer season alone. There are snorkelling and scuba diving area to explore. There are other events that people can join and enjoy.

I hope I could go back to the place in the near future.
